ABOUT The Author

Who am I. Good question. I have been trying to work that out myself! I was once described as Eeyore, the Winnie the Pooh character.

I have an enquiring and analytical mind, a need for answers, time, and on occasion nerdish qualities of application. I have had a long term on and off interest in diet and nutrition.

Like most of us I plod on as a carbon consuming unit, asking what it is all about. I do believe life is truly wondrous, we are part of something bigger, humans have a greater potential, but the choices are ours.

I have no glittering career in the field of science. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant after more than one attempt. I learned with help a little carpentry, plumbing, and general “Do It Yourself'. I have installed a kitchen or two.

I cycle locally in preference to driving when circumstances permit. I enjoy skiing when I can.

I am currently in litigation as part of quest to find out if I am the illegitimate child of Princess Margaret. In my naivety I believed that once I had summoned up the courage to ask, I would get either a sharp no, or a yes, sorry that was just the way it had to be. I should have known better.

At the time of writing, I am trying to have the wills of Princess Margaret and Her Majesty The Queen Mother opened, as a step in my investigation, which is turning into a saga. I debated if I should tell of my pursuit of possible Royal identity for fear of detracting from the book, but the issue was bound to arise, and without these events this book would not have happened.

One way of dealing with the spare time, uncertainties, isolation, and avoiding the negative emotional consequences of my quest, was to keep my mind occupied, between court hearings and judgements. I had found a captivating subject. As I became fascinated, the idea of a book formed. The project, was positive in spirit, largely in my control, made me feel I was involved in something worthwhile, and kept my mind busy. Three years and much nerding later, here is my offering.

Very many thanks to you for reading this book. I hope it helps you see the life altering importance of Omega 3 and 6. Understanding has helped my fitness, radically improved my digestion and sleep, and kept my equilibrium intact.

Robert Andrew Brown.
